Our CHANGE SEMINAR is a free, no-obligation educational community forum presented by Brad Lamm and his practice group Intervention Specialists. Brad has partnered with community groups, faith-based groups and addiction treatment centers to present this community discussion on addiction, recovery and how to begin change right where you are.

The CHANGE SEMINAR has been presented in Los Angeles, Orange County, Philadelphia, New York City, Denver, The Quad Cities & Chicago in 2009 and will be be hosted in cities across the nation in the coming months. Founder of Intervention Specialists, author of “How to Change Someone You Love" (lead title from St. Martins Press / January 2010) and recognized Board-Registered Interventionist, Brad developed the CHANGE SEMINAR as a way for communities to come together around the very notion of change and intervention. His goal is to inform, inspire and help families and friends respond to his call for action - that addiction and crisis can be interrupted right here, right now.
Brad's book “How to Change Someone You Love” is the outgrowth of his extensive and life-changing work with family members, co-workers, partners, employers and friends through his intervention practice. People asked for help because they felt powerless in dealing with an addicted loved one. “How to Change Someone You Love” delivers a message which is mirrored in the CHANGE SEMINAR, that runs counter to conventional wisdom that you are powerless in the face of a loved one’s addiction.
Lamm’s seminar features real life stories of how change begins in the life of the addicted, and how friends and family members can claim their own unmatched power in helping move a resistant loved in to a plan of change & recovery.
“You are uniquely poised to step in and act with love, passion and purpose,” Lamm says. “The person you’ve been waiting for to help is you, and I just help folks wrangle that power! Give me a few minutes out of your day, and I’ll help you make real change.”
